Win Wizard by Novomatic

Win Wizard is one of our Novomatic favourites here at, not least because it draws on many of the classic elements of the developer’s games and successfully brings them all together for something that could be considered brand new. The most obvious influences from yesteryear come in the form of the fruit symbols, joined in this case by the playing card icons, so it’s fair to say that you’ll be spending the bulk of your time on this game looking to line up cherries and aces to keep the wins ticking over. That’s not all that difficult to do on this game either given that there are twenty win lines and some great additional bonus symbols to most definitely keep things going.

Frogs and Crystal Balls

The wild card symbol on Win Wizard appears to be a frog in a crown and so we can only assume that, given their reputation for such things, the wizard fell out with a prince at some point. The frog is smiling and even sticking his tongue out so he can’t be all that unhappy with the recent transformation and will make that point by filling in for any other symbols except the crystal ball. That symbol is the Win Wizard scatter and while it won’t lead to any kind of bonus game, it can certainly keep you happy with a prize worth up to a hundred times your chosen line bet.

A Magical Random Bonus

While the crystal ball scatter won’t lead to a bonus game, that’s certainly not to say that there are no bonus games to be found on Win Wizard. Just like the iconic Reel King, rather than relying on a symbol combination, you’ve got to hope that your luck is in given that the bonus round is randomly triggered. Whether you win or lose, any spin can see the wizard taking it upon himself to enter the field of play, complete with his spell book. He’ll take his position on one or more reels and each spell book can then be flicked through independently. Simply click through the pages and he’ll reveal a cash amount and each book remains in play until you reach a page stating “The End”. If there are more books to be leafed through then you’ll move onto them in turn until finally all cash amounts have been won and credited and you’ll be returned to the base game.

That’s already enough bonus action to keep players entertained as far as we’re concerned, but if you’d like a little more on top of it then you’ll be pleased to know that you can also make use of the gamble feature here on Win Wizard. The traditional card turner has been replaced with a game where you’re simply hoping that the light stops on green. It actually feels more random than the card one but, as we all know, the effect is exactly the same, as are the prizes.

You can play both Win Wizard and what we would deem its companion game, Reel King, right here at with no deposit or download. Both games can also be found side by side by heading over to one of the great gaming partners that we highly recommend, with the top choices offered up in the sidebar.
